The Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the lobby of your respective hotel. Please plan to stop by to pick up your tour materials and credentials.

Join us at the Aloft Fort Worth Downtown for a come-and-go event with light snacks and a cash bar. This event is open to Cowboys of all ages. There is no cost to attend, but RSVPs are encouraged.

The Aloft Fort Worth Downtown is an approximate 4-minute walk from The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth and an approximate 7-minute walk from the Kimpton Harper Hotel.

Motor coaches depart the hotel for PBR Texas. Please wear your tailgate credentials.

Prior to motor coach departure, please check-out of your respective hotel (unless you have added additional nights) at the front desk. The hotel is available to hold your bag during the game, if needed. Meet in the lobby by 7:00 am.

The Cowboy Corral Pregame Event will take place at PBR Texas in the Live! district. There will be reserved tables for official tour participants and expedited entry. Enjoy a breakfast buffet including drinks, plus a panel with OSU leadership emceed by Larry Reece.

Please note we will be walking from the Cowboy Corral to the game. Please see your on-site staff if you feel you will have trouble walking to the stadium.

No later than one hour after the conclusion of the game, motor coaches will depart for your respective hotel. Exit and look for the Official Oklahoma State Fan Travel Tour signs on the way to Lot 15. A game day itinerary will be available at the Oklahoma State Fan Travel Hospitality Desk. If you feel lost or can’t find the buses, please contact your on-site staff.
